First Time Home

If this is your first time visiting us, here are a few useful tips to make your visit more relaxing.

Sunday Services

10:30am - Normal morning service.
The service runs until 11:30 or 11:45.
During the service, normally after the second hymn, the children go out for their own session until the end of the service.
After the service finishes, we often stay in the main church room to chat. Tea, coffee and biscuits are brought into the room. Feel free to ask for stronger / weaker variations or just water.

6:30pm - Normal evening service.
The service normally runs until 7:30 or 7:45pm.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are often brought into the church after the service while people chat.

Family Services

Normally we have a family service on the third Sunday of the month. In these services the children stay in during the whole service and the content of the service is suitable for all ages.

Cafe Church

Once every few months we will replace one of our services with a Cafe Church at the Chailey Village Hall. These services are a more informal style, suitable for inviting less churched friends to. The morning Cafe Churches start with a breakfast and are followed by a short talk with a thought. The afternoon Cafe Churches are in a similar format, but with an afternoon tea instead of breakfast.
